Until corruption, mass corruption, massive corruption at the Police level is dealt with, every other fight against corruption is window dressing. What do you call this? a kiosk on the highway? a supermarket? a toll gate? With all that illicit cash flowing from his pockets how can this policeman in all good conscience arrest another fellow for stealing, extortion or embezzlement? How?
